Description

Based on the theory of transmission line waveguides, the characteristic impedance is 50 ohms, and electromagnetic waves propagate in the guided wave structure in the form of quasi TEM waves, generating a relatively uniform surface current on the electrode plate. Used for surface current probe calibration and calibration.
