Description
The MHO-DHO5000 Series is a high-resolution 8-Channel Digital Oscilloscope designed for the vast mainstream digital oscilloscope market to meet design, debug and test requirements. It is based on RIGOL’s brand new Centaurus technical platform. Its 1,000,000 wfms/s waveform capture rate (in fast capture mode), 500 Mpts memory depth, 12-bit resolution, excellent noise floor and vertical measurement accuracy can meet the test requirements for for higher accuracy.
The MHO-DHO5000 series digital oscilloscope has several models supporting AFG, digital signal analysis, bode plot and other functions. It is easy to operate and control and can be used for various complex test scenarios.

- 12-bit Vertical Resolution: With 12-bit vertical resolution and up to 4096 levels of quantization bits – 16 times that of an 8-bit oscilloscope – measurement accuracy is greatly improved, enabling the capture of the smallest details of a waveform
- Low Noise: Make the most of 12 bits analog to digital converters with a significantly lower noise floor
- 500 Mpts Memory Depth: With up to 500 million points in a single capture, use the deep memory to record events, navigate long continuous captures, or even further reduce the noise with high resolution mode
- High Channel Count: Up to 8 analog input channels in a single instrument supports multi-channel test applications, such as power sequencing test, three-phase power analysis and motor test, third-generation semiconductor test, etc.
- Multi-Instrument Capability: Arbitrary Waveform/Function Generator (opt), digital signal analysis, and Bode plot analysis (only available for MHO5054 and MHO5104 models)

With up to 8 analog input channels on a single device, the DHO5000 series can handle various multi-channel testing applications, such as Power Sequencing Tests, 3-Phase Power Analysis, motor testing, and third-generation semiconductor testing.
