Description

SPD (surge protection device) would leak surge signals of lightning stroke, temporary overvoltage etc. in its normal operation, however, temporary impedance will decrease and short circuit may occur in the process of leakage, which may cause heat or fire and lead to incalculable loss. CDN 1500 heavy current follow current power supply can offer short-time heavy current to SPD and filter the surge signals at the same time to protect the power supply port from the interference of surge signal. The maximum follow current is 1500 A.

Characteristic:

  • Electrical automatic control power supply switching, large breaker is used to control the power supply.
  • Arrestor overvoltage protection, over current relay double protection.
  • Urgent protection button & power failure alarm function.
  • 100 ms delay output overload protection.
  • Use for AC current reverse filtering of 200 kA, 8/20 μs waveform impulse current operating duty test.
  • Internal discharging gap protection.
