Description

ESD-CALA is composed of calibration target BX602, coaxial line and adapter. BX602 is coaxial current target and designed as required by IEC/EN 61000-4-2 ed.2, which is used to monitor and judge whether the EDS pulse waveform output by ESD generators could meet the requirement of regulation or not. The additional attenuator (JZ602 or JZ603) is used for matching the output signal with the input capability of the oscilloscope
