Description

The CWS 120 is designed specially for simulating low voltage surge pulse disturbances phenomenon, which can be used in surge protection device (TVS tube, TSPDs, SIDAC, surge suppressor and wafer or package level) immunity test. Its output voltage can be adjustable from 1 V to 1200 V, which totally meet the test requirement of IEC/EN 61000-4-5 and GB/T 17626.5.
The product is based on 3-rd generation control platform, which features highly system integration, intelligence control, easy operation and saving test time.
